The following documents were prepared by The Council on Foreign Relations, an organization with tremendous political influence globally.   These documents were released prior to the March 23, 2005 meeting in Texas between President George W. Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin, and Mexican President Vicente Fox.   The meeting that took place on March 23rd was the milestone for what became the Security and Prosperity Partnership for North America.   The focus of this effort is to create a North American trade region where the flow of goods, services and human resource can move unhindered.   The key features of these agreements is to install a system for the massive redistribution of personal wealth so that all within this region can participate in the prosperity of this system.   Our preliminary analysis concludes that key issues in US Government policy, including unchecked illegal immigration, are policies that are contrary to our Sovereignty, and will lead to a social democracy that is diametrically opposed to our Bill of Rights and Constitutional Republic.
